1st Lake Offers Money to Move Now

We had such positive feedback and an overwhelming response to our River Ridge Events held in October 2009 and March 2010, we’ve decided to introduce our Metairie & Kenner communities to the fun!
This event, Money 2 Move Now, is the first time new residents are given money just for showing up to take a tour. These Bonus Bucks can be spent in any way which best suits their moving needs. Any new resident, leasing during this limited time offer, will receive up $2300 to spend on move-in costs, rent, services, etc. throughout their lease term.
In an effort to assist families relocating before the holidays, 1st Lake hosted a Reduced Rent Event at our River Ridge Communities. 1st Lake Properties is the largest multi-family provider in the New Orleans Metro area and has been in business for over 35 years. The Reduced Rent Event’s goal was to present prestigious River Ridge as an affordable place to live. Now, Metairie and Kenner is our focus and we are offering the ultimate bonus to accommodate various price ranges and meet the needs of our customers.
Our current residents are always very important to us as well. During the Money 2 Move Now event, we are partnering with current residents by offering $500 per friend, family member, even co-worker, to move in at any of our participating communities. Also, if current residents at any of these participating communities decide they want to extend their stay with us, we’ll pay part of their next month’s rent.
