2 Pets (Maximum total weight, of both pets combined, 65 pounds): $800 deposit, $100 non-refundable, plus $25/month pet rent.
Restricted dog breeds include any dogs which are partial, or full, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, German Sheppard, Bluetick Coonhound, Catahoula Hound or Boxer. 1st Lake reserves the right to restrict any other breed or animal.

So this is my first time renting an apartment so everything from the first time I called was new to me. I talked to Meaghan first and she did everything she could to get me and my daughter moved in. I ran into some financial problems towards the end of my lease and really thought that I was going to have to leave. The apartment manager Jarana was so patient with me and showed such compassion for me and my child. She really worked very hard with me so that we could stay. I can’t thank her enough.

I don't typically give reviews as I believe that in more cases than not, positive reviews are generated by the facility in which one is researching. However, Springbrook is an exception to my rule and I am glad and humbled to be able to say that my stay there was exceptional. To be clear, my stay at Springbrook far superceded my expectations. Aside from the well-manicured lawns and quick assistance of maintenance personnel, the customer service displayed by the property manager and her assistant was outstanding. Have no illusions; things were not always A1. When I initially arrived to Springbrook, the staff was lackadaisical at best and it took forever to get maintenence problems serviced. At some point during my stay the leadership was transformed and it made all the difference in the world. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly, exterior areas were kept up regularly, tenants stay informed and the overall morale was cool. In some ways I'm sorry to go but am thankful to finally have a place of my own to call "home." I'm also thankful to Ms. Johnson and her staff for doing their very best to make my stay comfortable, affordable, and pleasant.

I have lived at Springbrook for 3 years now and LOVE it!!! its very peaceful. We love going to the pool as a family in the summer time and in the winter the fireplace is PERFECT!!!!!! The office was/ has been very understanding and willing to work with you during these tough times and I am SO grateful for that!!!! We love our neighbors and I Love taking my dog on a walk through the property :) Thank You Springbrook for all you have done for me and my family, you may never get rid of us, who knows lol ;D
