I transferred here from another 1st lake property and living here has been awesome! Everyone has been nice to me especially the manager Paige. Neighborhood is so much better and the actual apartments are better also. The only complaint I have is getting maintenance to come fix anything does take a while but I understand they are understaffed. Overall I love living here. Thank you lost bayou.

This review is based solely upon the excellent customer service provided to me by Chris. I initially contacted the office via telephone and Chris listened and answered the questions that I had about the available apartment. Later in the day I visited the office and Chris provided an additional description of the unit. I was not able to view any unit nor any portion of the complex; I only saw the office.

The maintenance staff and property manager are amazing. The current maintenance person, Ash, and the property manager, Jessica, make an amazing team.. They are the best team here yet in my 9+ years living here. Both of them really care about the tenants as people and residents. They are always willing to talk to me, hear any comments about the property and act upon any needs that I or other residents express. This is a small community, which is pretty quiet and very safe. I love calling the Lost Bayou home.

Did a 7 month lease here from 2015-2016, liked that the short lease was offered as it was my first place renting alone. Felt safe for me fresh out of high school and enjoyed the pool. The maintenance man and front desk lady was always nice. Sometimes people at the pool were out past “quiet time” and didnt notice the daycare next door that would get loud but overall great clean apartment.

I have lived her at Lost Bayou for the past year, definitely one of the best I have rented from. Very friendly staff, nice sized one bedroom apartments, great amenities, outstanding location to everything. This is a great complex to live at if needing a simple one bedroom apartment!

I've lived in Lost Bayou for about 5 months now, and am really happy with the apartment. The community is quiet, it's super close to my gym, and access to I-10 is fairly quick when I'm heading to work. The current property manager is amazing and always incredibly helpful when anything comes up. I also love the little sunroom that comes in each apartment- it was the perfect place for my Christmas tree and is now the perfect place for my other plants. I actually heard about Lost Bayou through a friend, and would recommend it to other friends who wanted to live in Metairie.

Maintenance is well kept in this area. Grass is always cut and perfectly well kept also. One thing I absolutely love is that every time I call for maintenance, the work is always done in a very timely manner. Every one around here is very nice and willing to help you.

The apartments include an alarm, nice sun room, and offers utilities paid in selected ones. Gated pool is a nice feature.
