Living at Frenchman's Creek Apartments in Metairie is awesome. It's such a peaceful & quiet place. The apartments are very well-maintained. The exterminating company they use is the best. I never see bugs. The manger & all the personnel take care of whatever you need right away. It's a great place!

I lived here for 18 months and never had an issue. The staff is super nice and always available and attentive. The common areas are cleaned regularly and kept looking nice year round. I think for the price around this area, Frenchman’s Creek is the best you will find. Very safe area as well.

I moved here in April and it’s honestly such a great place to stay. Whenever somethings broken they have it fixed as soon as possible. And the communication is always great if I have questions or need help with something in my apartment.

I have been living here for about 4 years now. I love it here. Whenever something needs to be fixed they are on it right away. Levone in the office is so sweet and very professional. If I have a question or a problem she takes care of it . I highly recommend Frenchman's Creek Apartments.

As a resident of over 4+ years , as bad as I’m ready to be a homeowner . I’m not ready to leave behind my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at Frenchman’s Creek , not to mention on the 1st floor! The staff is like none other, LAVONNE (property manager) & IMARI (leasing agent) are there 6 days a week at your finger tips to get the job done . & maintenance request , that’s done within 1-2 days of my request . This has to be the best place I’ve ever rented from and I am spoiled. There is nothing they won’t do to keep their residents happy . The maintenance man Lenny keeps our community and apartment homes looking fabulous. The neighborhood is so peaceful and I can park in front my apartment every day with the spacious parking we have . I must say, I have 2 friends and 1 family member that has moved in Frenchman’s creek as well because of me & they love it. Thank you Frenchmans creek , if I could’ve gave 10 stars I would’ve .

The staff is amazing, I have been living at Frenchman's Creek for five years and I love it. Jamie and the rest maintenance staff is incredible always willing to go the extra mile five stars is not enough to show how happy I am living here! I ultimately chose to live here because of the location being located right off of veterans, its quite here and the property being pet friendly but they has kept me here by making me feel right at home lavonne and shakira have been a great help anytime I've needed them.

I currently live in Frenchmen creek Apartments and I have to say that it was well above my expectations! I moved from east new orleans and the complex is real quite that put my mind at ease. I have been here for a year. I have enjoyed living here, the environment is safe, neat and quiet. Maintenance is top notch, every time I've had to call for maintenance they swiftly respond. The staff is very friendly, follow up with maintenance repairs. I would highly recommend Frenchman's creek for anyone.

It is a very quiet apartment complex. The landscaping is always kept nice and neat. The pool area is nice and relaxing. Employees are very helpful and will accommodate your needs and quickly as they can!

I have been living here for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with the setup, with the help from the management staff, and with the location. The grounds and the pool area are always kept clean and the sounds from the rolling streams are a great way to relax in the evenings. Highly recommended.
