1st Lake Properties has posted to each properties’ rental office front door our “Resident Assistance Program”. This program details the resident’s options on his or her lease with the option to continue or terminate the lease. Please stop by the rental office and inform the manager whether you will be staying with us or relocating. There is an option for an apartment home that is damaged but habitable as determined solely by 1st Lake Properties, Inc. If you want to stay and continue your lease you will be required to sign a Hurricane Limited Release form. Some apartment homes are inhabitable due to damage caused by wind or flooding. If your apartment home is not habitable then please contact the property manager in person so that we can get the accurate information to mail your deposit to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Many of our employees have lost their own homes and some have not returned to work. At this time, Cox has not restored our computer access therefore we cannot receive emails to any locations. |
